Q: How long will my candle/ wax melt take?

A: Candles are made to order within 1 to 2 days of your order date. They will be shipped out the following business day and take 2 to 8 business days to arrive, depending on location. 

Q: Is there a pick up option?

A: Yes, pick up options are available for the New York City area. Pick-Up hours are from the hours of 12 pm to 5 pm on weekdays. Email for other times, not guaranteed! Items will only be held for 7 days. Please do not order if order will not be collected within 7 days of purchase ! Refunds will not apply. This option can to requested and can be done on our Contact Us page.  

Q: How long will each candle burn for?

A: Each 9 oz small candle will burn for 25 to 30 hours, depending on your maintenance of the candle. Please view our candle care to get the most out of your candle. 

Q: How much is shipping?

A: Shipping is $7.95 for all orders, with free shipping on orders over $50.  Prices may vary for different speed shipping. Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email and/or upload to your ShopPay app.

Q: What are your candles/ wax melts made out of?

A: Our products are made with soy wax!!! They are then mixed with fragrance oil and coloring to make the perfect candle for you. 

Q: Do you have a store front?

A: We currently do not have a store front, but please follow us on instagram and join our newsletter to get the latest information about pop up shops.
